By buying a digital or physical item from Shroomigurumi, you accept the following terms and conditions

Intellectual property and use of digital product - copyright disclaimer
All rights reserved. Pattern duplication and sharing is strictly prohibited. You may sell finished items made with my patterns, though only in small quantities, provided you credit me as the original designer. Wholesale is not allowed. It is forbidden to steal or recreate one of my design in the purpose of reselling it under your name.
Refund and return
Digital items cannot be refunded, unless it was accidentally purchased twice.
Physical items can be refunded, as long as they are new and undamaged/unused. Returns need to be done within a month of purchase. The buyer is responsible for purchasing return shipping.
Data collecting
I do not collect data and do not use your private information for anything. I do not use your name or address for any other purpose than to send a package when you have purchased something from me.
Washing instructions and health hazard
It is recommended to hand wash crochet items in cold water, and lay flat to dry. Wool can shrink, felt or be damaged if washed in a washing machine. I am not responsible for item damage due to improper care.
Amigurumis are not suitable for children under the age of 3, unless specified so.
